Try the SIM on another phone and if the same problem is seen then it can be related to a faulty SIM. Please check the network coverage of the provider in your area. Also counter check the phone with a working SIM to confirm the phone.

hello, it is possible that your phone network service is bad or it could be that your sim card is bad..
try put the sim card in another phone, check if it will get service if it does, it means the sim is ok but if not, the sim is damaged.

but it after putting your sim in another phone and it picked service, that means your phone network is the problem..then you need to replace the phone or take it to phone engineers to see if it can be fixed.

Remove the SIM and clean it with soft cloth.
Try the SIM on any other Mobile phone.
You can also try another SIM card on this mobile to make sure the phone is working properly.
If another SIM card is working properly that means the SIM card you are currently using may be corrupt. Its easy to replace a SIM then replacing a phone.
Clean both SIM and phone Connectors then try to insert the SIM.

I have my boyfriends ATT sim card in the phone plus my T-mobile. Both work fine. Go under settings and Dual Sim Settings and make sure whatever slot you have the card in is turned on. If you have more than one sim card in it should be on Dual SIM Open. If not pick which slot it's in and turn it on :P If that's not it then sorry I dont know. Just a thought.
