My TV will not power up. I have checked the power supply board and the fuse appears ok and I have also checked the connection to the main board and it appears the output is 3.3 volts. Could it be something in the Main Board that is causing the problem? There is no lights at all on the front of the TV.
Crack open your power supply again and take a look to make sure all caps are intact and not blown or bulging. Next check the main board for any possible caps and resistors, not likely as there is an external ps but possible. If you don't see anything odd then there may be an issue with the controller chip in which case you could replace but it would probably work out to the same price as buyin a new tv
