That error signifies that the machine is set to DHCP but cannot resolve an IP address from your network. Normally you would assign a static IP address on your printer. I would recommend setting a static IP address with subnet and Gateway that correspond to your network. That should resolve this error.

Please let me try and make sense of your question.
I suspect your trying to buy toner or developer from another supplier other than Xerox, assuming you could purchase it cheaper than from a Xerox channel.
Usually these types of consumables will turn out to be uneconomical in the long run, and can give poor quality print overall. I had a situation like this where a customer put the toner from his Fax printer in the wide format printer in the same room. The printer still worked but the background was becoming horrendous. Because this printer was on time & materials to fix this problem would have meant firing a new developer tank in the region of £1000 plus call out etc. etc.
Think carefully before you go down this path.

That means that you have to clean copy glass , lenses, ccd,...maybe even laser unit if you know how.
On digital machines dirty optics means light copy, on analog oposite, dirty optics dark copies.

Just one more question how do you mean " charge toner"?
