Check the photointerrupters and optical sensors

check the photointerruptors

there is an error in the rotation of the fixing film.
check the fixing film sensor and make sure that all the wiring and the connectors are connected securely.
if it persists, consider replacing the fuser fixing film

Check the paper cassette settings and confirm on the screen its correct to what you set in the trays for the paper source

The tuck tuck sound is sound of paper pick up claw in pick up mechanism of second paper drower.The case is that the pick up clow is worn out and may be broken, so you need to replace it.To replace it you must remove complete pick up unit from the right side of copier, if you are not service technician do not do it by yourself it could be complicated if you do not know exact schedulle of parts and what does it doing.

the heater section is the fuser you should be able to pull the tray out and then lift the door of the fuser
