The laser scanner speed is incorrect. X description: 1 = Scanner startup error 2 = Scanner rotation error

Probably Resolution : 1. Press GO.
The page containing the error will automatically be reprinted.
2. Turn the printer off and then on.
3. Re-seat cables to the laser/ scanner and engine controller.
4. Replace the laser/scanner.

I might as well tell you before hand, I'm Not sure if yours can be repaired but on older models I have repaired them by opening the laser/scanner assembly and removing the little circuit board with the motor and chrome spinning shaft. If you can remove the chrome piece from the motor you do so and then place a very tiny drop of synthetic oil down the shaft, install the chrome piece and spin a few time by hand and put everything back together. You can download the service manual by doing a google search. Look for instructions for removing the laser/scanner.

Scanner error 52 turn off and turn on

Unfortunately there's no troubleshoot with a 52 error. As it implies it's usually the scanner bad. It sits up top- under the top cover. It connects to the Formatted Board on the left side. and there's 2 connector s at the scanner itself.

So if Your HP Printer is Under warranty ( 12 Months ) Then I Suggest You Go To Official authorized HP shop for your HP Printer Problem and Troubleshoot or Go To Official HP Printer Website To Update HP Printer Software and Driver,Or You Update It From Official Below URL Link:

Erro 52 de scanner
It's the laser scanner that has the error.
Make sure that the printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet. NO surge protector.
If error is still present, plug printer into a different power outlet.
If the error persists the laser scanner is going to have to be replaced.

Power off printer, wait at least 30 seconds and power it on. Make sure that the printer is not on a surge protector. It should be plugged directly into a wall outlet. If this doesn't help, you are probably looking at a replacement laser/scanner assembly.

The x can equal one of the following: 0 = Scanner error 1 = Scanner startup error 2 = Scanner rotation error This error can also indicate a problem with the shutter tab on the print cartridge. Action
  1. Turn the printer power off, and then turn on the printer power.
  2. If the message persists, check the print cartridge for damage.

  4. Replace the cartridge if damaged.
If the message continues to persist, then download the printer software based on operating system and reinstall.

52 scanner error turn off and on is displayed in the contoll panel,the same thing is again displayed if i turned off and on also nothing can be printed due to this displey. please help
The printer has burned a scanner assembly. The part number is RM1-2033-030CN. The part is extremely expensive in relation to the printer cost. ($182.00 @ HP)

I would recommend surfing ebay for an HP Laserjet 1022 printer as it is the cheapest printer that has the same scanner. Even a dead 1022 will work as they tend to either have formatter or fuser issues when dead. A scanner error on your printer or the 1022 is extremely rare.

I have included a link to the HP 3050 service manual for you that will walk you through it step by step. The teardown is significant however very do-able by the novice with the service manual.
