Try to boot the computer in safe mode. Turn off the computer then turn it back on. keep on tapping F8 then select SAFE MODE form the selections. If your computer wont able to boot to safe mode then you have a corrupted operating system. You need to reinstall windows using the recovery disk that came with the sytem.

SOURCE: error c0000034 applying update operation 28 of 75726(generalize.xml) what i should do for in this for my windows 8 lenovo g500 laptop

just means the update didnt work,restart in safe mode and delete updates or reset to an earlier configuration by restarting and pressing f8 continuosly while it reboots

SOURCE: On my Lenovo g500 laptop many keys(gh and many) are not working, what should I do?

Connect to external usb keyboard to check. If works ok, your keyboard is defective and you should change it.
