I have a Frigidaire electric range model FEF367CASA. The problem is the oven. No matter what temperature I set the oven at, it doesn't shut off. It keeps heating well over 550 degrees and doesn't turn off until I hit cancel. I also don't get any error codes on the display.

A faulty RTD sensor probe is one of the causes for an F10 code or overheating oven. The sensor probe is supposed to detect the exact temperature in the Frigidaire electric range cavity and relay it to the oven's main control so it knows when to shut off the heating elements. Follow your wiring diagram to find the probe's location, which can differ among the models. Inspect it for any obvious damage such as cracks or tears in the wiring.

I understand that your Frigidaire electric oven will not shut off. I also see that it gets very hot, way past the set temperature of 325 degrees. I suggest resetting your appliance, by shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Once power is restored, you will need to set the clock before starting any cycle. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your range status has changed successfully. If further troubleshooting is needed, please leave me the model number of your range. Typically this number can be found on the back of the door or possibly in the bottom drawer. First, make sure you have not put it into the self-cleaning cycle. If it is not in the self-cleaning cycle, I suggest resetting your appliance, by shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. I wish I had a solution for you...unfortunately I don't. However, if you know anywhere I might find a thermostat knob for this model I would be eternally grateful. I've been searching for 2 years for my mother. It's the knob with 5 settings (off, bake, broil, time-bake and clean).

Probably. There is often a key sequence that will enable a calibration mode. We need the full model number to find the tech info, or you can probably find it in the tech sheet which is normally taped on behind the control panel.

I don't know if there is a solution but I kbow every model like this does the exact same thing. I two of my family members have the same stove and they have the exact same problem.

There is a possiblity the oven thermostat may have to be repaired or replaced
