Samsung LED TV UN46ES8000 powers on briefly then shuts down. Does anyone know what the issue is?

Had the same thing with my LG, this is the advice I got : 'it sounds like power supply failure, which may be capacitors,'. Not had it done yet, so can't say more.

I have a Samsung TV model UN46F6300AFXZA 2 YRS OLD now with no pic or sound. The only visible thing is the blinking red LED (standby light) Any Suggestions?

From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices.

Blinking codes details of many popular brand TVs are given. Surf the site with patience.
If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.

My tv is not switching on

I you have a standby light but TV is not turning on it most likely is Power supply problem. Capacitors most of the time, but aside caps there is a ``few`` more components that can cause the issue.
If you re not into electronic repairs i recommend a repair shop cause there are voltages that can BITE on a power board!

Samsung HLP4674W - changed bulb - still no picture - lights flash

If the lamp has been replaced I would think the Lamp ballast would be most likliest followed by the color wheel and then the Digital board. You can get any part needed for your model at www.tvrepairworld.com just leave them a email they respond quickly.
