Please can someone help my top loader simpson 5.5kg is showing a e13 error please

f the E13 error code is still showing after restarting your treadmill, check to ensure that the wiring between the AC motor drive and motor cables is securely connected. If any of the cables/connectors appear loose, completely power off and unplug the treadmill before unplugging and reattaching the cables.

It is a lid lock issue.

check the lid switch or out of balance switch for adjustment and operation

Supply problem.
Check to see if water hose is plugged and test water pressure.Check water valve supply shut off.
See if filter is plugged.
Run full cycle w/no clothes in washer. Add 1 cup of vinegar,no soap.
