Looks like you have a clogged/possibly damaged heads and head alignment issues. Do the alignment procedure and check the manufacturer support website or Google for the factory reset button combination of the printer. Cheers, Mike.

Testimonial: "Thanks for the advice, I did a factory reset and is improved a little bit but not good enough, I did it a 2nd time and it didn't help much more, I couldn't find any information on alignment, but I ordered some laser cleaning sheets to see if they will help. Anything eke you think I should try?"

Why is my printer not printing

Your printer may be out of toner, or the drum is not transferring toner to the paper correctly. Try replacing the toner and/or drum in your LaserJet to see if the issue is resolved.

Printed copies have ghost images on them. I have never had this problem before., It looks like the image printed twice - once fine and then faint horizontal lines, sometimes some of the previously printed...

1) try doing a full clean from within the menu on the printer, or within the computer software
2) You need to perform a half test. Put a sheet of paper on the manual feeder and do a config page from the information menu on the printer. When the back edge of the paper enters the printer, quickly open the toner door to stop the printing. Now remove the toner cartridge and look at the image below. If the defect is present, then the toner cartridge is the problem 99% of the time. There is a slight possibility that during the conditioning stage of the print process the drum of the toner is not being fully discharged so when the next stage takes places part of the previous image gets put on the toner cartridge again. Very rare. If the defect is not present then the fuser has an issue.

10.10.00 SUPPLY MEMORY ERROR after every page prints.

This means that the printer is unable to read or find the toner cartridge memory chip. In some cases turning the printer off, removing the toner cartridge, reinstalling the cartridge and turning the printer back on sometimes correct this issue. But if that does not work, you will have to replace the toner cartridge.

Hp laserjet must manually push button to print

Hi,

Please print a configuration page from the control panel of the printer
- Menu > Information menu > print configuration.
- Check for paper handling details.
Following setting should reflect.
Tray 1: Any size / Any Type
Tray 2: A4 size / Plain Type

If the above settings are not reflecting in the configuration page, please change accordingly by browsing on the control panel of the printer to:
Paper Handling Menu >
Tray 1 Size: Any
Tray 1 Type: Any
Tray 2 Size: A4
Tray 2 Type: Plain

Let me know if that helps to solve the issue.

Regards,
Nikhil.
