It sounds like you'll need to reset the router to factory defaults, here's how to do this:
With the router powered on, press and hold the reset button for exactly seven seconds, this will restore the router to factory default.
Note: By default the password on the router is left blank, and the
default IP address is 192.168.2.1
Hope this helps!

Hi...to find the password, or network key:
1) Login to your router.
To do this, open a web browser on a computer, as if about to view a web page: then type the router address, http://192.168.2.1 in the address bar.
2) You should see a prompt asking for a password. Just click 'submit' button if none has been set: otherwise, enter the correct router login password.
3) You should see the router user interface. In the left hand menu, under Wireless, click Security.
The 'Pre-Shared Key' or PSK you see there is the network key (password) you need.
Please come back to Fixya if this doesn't work or if you need help with any of it. Good luck

Use the reset button near where the AC adapter plugs in. Hold it in for at least ten seconds. This should set it back to factory, allowing you to set another password.

To reset the router to default values: disconnect power for 5 minutes. Locate the reset button (accessed thru hole in rear of router) press the button, holding it while you re-connect power and continue holding for 15 seconds. That should clear it up. The IP will be 192.168.2.1
