How to solve Error ' Load Tray 1, 024-910 ?

That error indicates that the paper was not sensed as passing the pob sensor which is right at the registration rollers. If the paper is folding there, the main cause is the registration clutch not being initialized or slipping. Replace registration clutch, part number: 121K22220

E240error code can be caused by excessive side to side movement of the Transfer / Separation Corona Assembly. To resolve this issue, check and make sure the Transfer / Separation fixing latch bracket is properly installed. This is the latch which secures the Transfer / Separation corona assembly.

Has been noted that the registration clutch can load down the DC Controller and cause anE240error code. The clutch can spin if the pin holding the clutch is not inserted correctly and damage the registration clutch wire harness. The clutch can also intermittently short out through the clutch housing.

try changing the paper u use..... i recommend typex or xerox...

Make sure that after you add paper, that you tell the printer the right size paper. Chances are you accidently changed the paper size and the printer is letting you know that the "wrong" paper is in the tray. If you are using standard printer paper, be sure to change the paper settings back to "Letter"

What size paper are you using LTR or LRT-R? You may need the regisration clucth & the pre-regisation clutch to solve the problem, it is a timing problem with the two clutchs. If you are using LTR size paper and it shows up try runing the paper the LTR-R direction, the copier runs slower with that size paper and it may off set the timing. You may also have to clean or replace the transfer lift unit, only if you get a error code. Good Luck
