Hello to pair your phone with your head set is first put your phone into search mode. Next is to turn off the headset. Your next is to push the center button on the headset for eight seconds until you see a blue/red flash.. On your phone you will then enter the pin code the code is 0000. if you have any more questions you can download the manual at http://www.jwin.com/support.asp?type=6&idx=7725.
You have to put your blue tooth device to discovery mode usually you hold the power button down for 6 to 10 seconds when turning on you blue tooth device then you will have to make sure to turn your blue tooth power on in you menu then you can add or search device once they pair you will need a pairing pin code .Most blue tooth device manufacture use a factory pin pairing code they are as follows 0000,1234,9999,or 1111 i hope this helps
hold down the power button until it flashes red and blue and then your phone will be able to find it. I already had my phone searching for blue tooth devices and then i held the power button down and it worked great. No code was needed with my Iphone
