Makes random beeping noises all hours of the day & night. Annoying but wondering if something is wrong or if there is something we can do to stop it? Works fine otherwise!

Make sure oven is plugged into a grounded outlet, and that the outlet is actually grounded. Although extremely rare, I have seen ovens where insects were walking on the back side of a control panel, and causing problems. Could also just be some sort of electronic failure.
I advice you to contact service if it has guarantee. This seems to be a psychological problem about your oven(!). Technical person need to do an electronic research surgery on its board to see if there is any wrong thing.
The only way to stop the beeping is to push the cancel button then immediately open the door. This is the only microwave Ive ever encountered that doesn't stop the beeping when you either open the door or push the cancel button. To make it even more irritating, the beeps are VERY loud and long. Here is a short you tube video posted by someone who recorded this loud and long beeping I am referring to. https://youtu.be/pDq7LTpPNTY
If and when an oven
is coming on or doing anything by itself, this is very dangerous and
can result in a fire.
So until it is repaired,
please leave it unplugged or leave the door
open when it's not in use, and please do not leave it running
unattended.
FixYa's Web site is currently not
notifying us when replies to our Clarification Requests are posted, so
please reply directly to me with your full number from the tag on the
unit and your oven's color so I can help you with free do-it-yourself
tips and/or an estimate.
