I have double Gooldseries ovens. We had extended power failure and when power was restored I attempted to preheat top and hen bottom ovens and get “feature not available”

Try a power reset:

Reset power to the product:
Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) or fuse(s) for one (1) minute.
Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s) or fuse(s).
Monitor the oven for one (1) minute to ensure the error code does not display again.
Verify oven operation.

Is there an error code?

My 7060 oven won't light. The electric igniter comes on but no gas.

an you hear the oven gas igniters firing? If not maybe there is no power to the oven. Not sure of your oven, but does it have an electric fan and if so, does it work? This should prove that there is power to the oven
What is the model number of your gas stove (oven/cooktop)?
Does your oven light work? If not does your oven have a separate power cord, i.e are there two power cords one for the cooktop and one for the oven?If so have you checked that the power outlet for the oven cord is working?

Baking in the oven, and had a power outage. When the power is restored, will the oven remain "on" - afraid oven will come on while I am away, if power is restored.

The oven will come back on if power is restored. However just turn oven selector switch if applicable to the off position. If it is all electronic then it will automatically reset and not turn on when power is restored. If you need an absolute guarantee to to the breaker panel and turn off the breaker that feeds the range receptacle.

Oven heats up very slowly and does not get very hot

Check your power to the oven at the terminals where the power cord connects.Should be 220 volts. Also check the terminals of the bake element for loose connections or a burnt wire.
