an you hear the oven gas igniters firing? If not maybe there is no power to the oven. Not sure of your oven, but does it have an electric fan and if so, does it work? This should prove that there is power to the oven

Put off the oven power from the main power supply from the wall the allow the oven relax it self for some plug the oven back to the power ,put on the power button then click on the reset button .
Please note if this fail then you need to troubleshoot the oven for the bottom oven operate better again.
