V130147 fender Stratocaster reissue serial number .Im trying to find out what year it was made I think I purchased it in early 90s late 80s

That serial number could be for a guitar was made in Corona California, but it does not give the year, which should be visible on the neck of the guitar.

It could be for a guitar made in the Fuji-Gen Japan plant, in 1996-1997, in which case it should show a neck decal "Made in Japan".

Tell me about this guitar

Pretty broad question. It's a parlour guitar, made in China. They are very highly regarded, well built, and can be used for most acoustic applications, though I've heard fingerstyle players especially like the tonality. Solid spruce top, rosewood sides, and a 3 piece rosewood/maple back, with a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. It's got a 1 11/16 nut and a nice TP4T electronics package.

If you want more information on that specific guitar, email Tak with your serial number, and they will give you a production date.

Guitar serial number lookup

Your guitar was made at the
Nashville Plant, TN, USA
August 22nd, 1991
Production Number: 30

As for the wood generally les pauls are made with a mahogany body and a maple top. unless your studio is a studio lite, in which case your guitar would of had a chromite block of wood in the center to lighten it up.
