Use the umbilical cord that was provided with the camera to accomplish the download. U do not really need any software because once you plug in the camera it is identified as a sort of hard drive and then all you do is highlight the files and transfer them to the folder you have created in your hard drive for the pictures.

If your previous download is still on the computer, then it is correct when it tells you there are no new pics to download. If that's the case, why would you want to download them again?

Picture download

Your camera is not numbering the pics consecutively. It is duplicating the numbers and your computer thinks the pics are already there. You are going to have to figure out the duplicates and download them to a separate folder and then rename them.

You probably had a bad USB connection that supllied to much voltage (or had a bad ground or reverse polarity) to the camera and shorted out the circuit board. Disconnect all cables. Hook up to a charger and try again. If this does not work, the camera is fried, sorry.

hi there

you can readily transfer your pics to your computer using a bluetooth dongle thats attached to your pc. since your phone has bluetooth capability, you can do this by sending your pics thru bluetooth towards your computer. with bluetooth technology, you dont need an exact software to doenload the pics.
