PS, the issue of lost connection (WiFi) will stop the print. Eject the last page (partial print). Some machines will eject page only after a restart or reset.

OK, so when you try to print, it gives a message that printing is is process, it indicates the percentage, but does not get to 100%, hence does not print, right ?
This means that the software (also known as driver) for your printer IS well installed, the issue is with certain operating system issue, due to which the printing remains in progress, but it does not complete. You can resolve this by simply running Microsoft Fix It for printing problems, from this link :-

On that page, on the upper right, you will see "Run Now" from where you can run this auto-fix utility and after that reboot your computer. It is simple, but you may read the instructions on that page, before you run this auto-fix tool.
This has always worked for me, whenever printing progresses, but stops before it reaches to 100%.
Try it and I hope the issue is resolved.
