While pressing [0] and [5] simultaneously, turn the power ON. The following message will be displayed.
Key in code [2000] and press the [START] button. The display changes as follows.

The auto-toner sensor adjustment starts
if you are sucking the developer out it could be a few things. 1. aftermarket toner. 2. bad dv unit. 3. bias problem (could be a setting, HVT failure, or continuity/grounding issues)
THIS SHOULD ONLY BE DONE IF YOU REPLACED THE DEVELOPER, OTHERWISE IT CAN DAMAGE THE DEVELOPER CURRENTLY IN THE MACHINE

after about 2-5 min it will go ito adj. mode. press the enter key on the bottom of the display.

you need spacers to properly set the doctor blade. for that model i believe the proper spacing is 0.65mm
and it also sounds llike you need new developer
you need to replace some parts on the copier (consumables)

01. 0+5 press and main twitch same time for AJ MODE
02. 0+5 press and main twitch same time for ADMODE
