The water disperser started making noise when the filter was 3 mos old, changed to a new Eco filter and flushed the filter and it worked great for 3 days. Then water stopped coming out. Took the filter out and the water pressure was great w/o filter. Put new Eco filter in and worked fine for 3 days, then no water again. Now we use it w/o the filter and pressure is great and no noise, but we want filtered water.
You guys probably have water with lots of sediment in it.
Install a larger sediment filter on the line going in to the refrigerator or even better to install one at the point of entry to your house.
A whole house sediment filter will make sure that all water coming into the house is free of particulate matter. This will make your water using appliances like the refrigerator filter, dishwasher, water softener, faucet aerators...etc last way longer.

sounds like the unit has a frozen resevour in the refrigerator. you have to thaw out the tubes that leave the resevour in the refrigferator to fix.
SOURCE: Ice make is not working
This could be a frozen water line that feeds the ice maker. Turn the temperature down on both the freezer and the refridgerator and wait at least 48 hours for the temps to adjust and thaw the line. If you are in a hurry you could turn off the unit and remove all food and then use a hair dryer on the water line to thaw it out. Good luck!

Sounds like a "solonoid" is not functioning, either a wire is loose, the switch behind the the "push" device is bad, the "push" device is jammed, or the solenoid valve is bad.
First Try moving the "push" in different directions, including pressing pretty hard.
If you hear a "click" it's probably the solenoid valve. The are simple to fix, buy you will probably need a set of instructions to replace it. Look on line under your Refrigerators manufacturer for the part and instructions......Maake SURE the unit is unplugged before touching wires!
Hope this helps.....
