sounds like you may have gotten a virus or someone playing a prank on you went online and messed up things.
Do you have an online address where you can check your settings?
Not an expert on them but that's my gut feeling. Contact the maker's help desk is always the best answer.
1) Uninstall play store
2) Enable 'Unknown Sources' by going toSettings > Security, then ticking the box next to Unknown sources
3) download .apk from Google Play Store 6 0 5 APK Download by Google Inc APKMirror
there should always be latest version
4) find this apk in your file manager
5) install the app by simply opening it and following instructions on the display :-)
(If you cannot for some reason download it directly into your device, you can always download it into your computer and transfer it into your device via cable of bluetooth...)
Try restarting your tablet if it still is not working try restarting it again unstall a few apps download CM security app this should help speed up things on your tablet CM Security Antivirus AppLock Android Apps on Google Play if it keeps up try backing up your data on sd chip and factory reset your tablet good luck!!
It can be worth going through the forgot my password route..You use the same password on your tablet as on any other devices for Facebook, Google, Skype and others. When you set a new password, remember to change it everywhere.
For example; If you are talking about a video in Facebook that downloads and plays each time you open Facebook, to stop it playing go to: Settings, Facebook, Settings (under Facebook), Auto Play, there you can select On (where it will play the video always) Wi-Fi only (where it will only play if you are connected to WiFi or Off, where it will never play automatically.
There may be other Apps where this happens but this is an example of where to find the settings.
Sounds like a battery issue. Make sure your battery is charged. If it still does that, you can try to reset the iPAD back to factory settings if it will stay on long enough. Google for iPAD reset.
The bleep cold be just a bleep device separate from the speakers. It looks like a round piece of aluminum with a large dot of white solid past on it with a wire attached.
1st. make sure the volume is up all the way.
Then try using a headphone just to make sure the sound card is working.
If the headphones work then it should be a setting somewhere.
Sometime the switch that turns off the speakers when headphones are plugged in gets stuck, try plunging them in and unplugging them out while music is playing.
If they don't work the sound card may be blown but it is still possible it is not.
Also, try Keyboard shortcuts for mute and UN-mute.
Try going to control panel and bring up the sound app and try different options in there for mono and or what ever it has, you may find the answer there.
If the headphones work but nothing else works you can always plug external speakers in the headphone plug.
check you manual or with toshiba, but it is possible to get the bios reset you just need to have the right tools. It might be a disk or a setting in the bios itself.
