What are the fuel line specs for a Ryobi RGBV3100 Blower/VAC ?

I have a Ryobi RGBV3100 Blower/VAC and need to replace all the fuel lines. Since the original lines are all missing I need the inside and outside diameters for the three lines fuel, return & primer.

My blower seems to not want to go to ful throttle

This happened on my older Ryobi as well. Turns out it was the fuel lines. The ethnol in the gas made the lines swell up inside.

Ryobi instruction manuals

The primer does not necessarily need to work for the unit to run. It does have a choke to aid cold starts. However it is a good indication of something wrong in the fuel system. A primer bulb that does not return to shape or does so slowly indicates a clogged screen in the carb. Check the fuel filter and fuel lines. Replace the fuel lines if they are stiff or discolored, rebuild the carb and replace primer bulb.

Fuel leaking carb overflow

Hello Brian,
I would visually inspect fuel lines entering/leaving tank that go to the carb. These tend to get brittle and crack. Also, some models have a rubber grommet that the fuel lines pass through entering/leaving the tank, these too get brittle and crack. If that looks good, you may have a stuck needle in carburetor and it will need to be removed and serviced. Hope this helps. Good luck and happy wrenching!

I HAVE A RYOBI VAC/BLOWER MODEL RGBV3100 THE FUEL LINES NEED REPLACING THEY ROTTED OFF NEED TO KNOW WHICH WAY TO ROUTE FROM PRIMER BUTTON TO CARB

The small diameter line out of fuel tank (has filter in-tank on end) connects directly to the side of the carburetor that has the fuel pump....that is the cover without the hole in it. Other larger diameter fuel line out of tank connects to the longer nipple on the external purge/primer bulb. The bulb "pulls" fresh fuel from the fuel tank to the carb and then out of the carb to itself, where it then "pushes" any air/old fuel back into the fuel tank. The remaining larger diameter fuel line in this setup goes from the metering chamber (has cover with writing on it and a vent-hole) side of the carburetor to the smaller nipple on the purge/primer bulb. Again, on the primer bulb, the longer nipple has a line going directly from it to the tank. This is the return line. The shorter nipple on the bub has a line from it going to the metering chamber side of the carb. If the purge/primer bulb is on top of the carb...small line from carb body to small hole in tank with filter. Larger diameter line goes from the bulb on the fuel pump side of the carb to the larger hole in the fuel tank where sometimes the line is held in place with a nylon nipple connector that keeps the line from pulling out of the tank. Otherwise, the line should enter the tank for about 1/2" or so

I have a Homelite "Vac Attack" leaf blower model

The fuel line is replaceable by itself, you don't need a new tank. Just make sure you get the same size line or it will leak where it goes into the tank. Any local small engine repair shop should have the line. There are two lines that go into the tank, the pickup line has the filter on it. It not only filters the gas but keeps the end of the line down in the fuel.

I just picked up a used ryobi rgbv3100 mulcher vacum blower ,it had no gas in it i put the oil gas mix in it ,followed the instructions on the blower ,but cant get it to start ,any ideas on what i can do?

test for spark.
while spark plug is out - put finger over hole see how much compression there is.

If good spark - look for holes in fuel line.
