I have a NordicTrack commercial 1750 treadmill. My console contols do not work and the ifit screen does not complete startup. What can I do to troubleshoot the problem?

this could be the LCB .But this year I have replaced quite a few consoles.Usually with this brand if the console buttons don't work it is a console,but if power isn't getting to the top it will be the lcb.
I repair this brand for the supplier in Australia.
