hold down power button and the volume up button till the android man comes up with all the writing
then go down to wipe data by using volume down button
highlight the wipe data press power button to ok
then the wipe data finsh it will come up with writing again go down to reboot/restart highlight reboot and restart press power button ok it then your tablet will restart it
I got a better theory when you plugged the nextbook into the wrong charger it shorted out the circuit board an cooked it get a new one and a proper charger ......Good Luck

where you sign in at Google and Yahoo pic 1 you are asked if you need help Take a magnifying glass and read what it says beneath the blue stripe. " Can't access your account." Click there and follow instructions. It is much the same with Google pic2 underneath the blue stripe it says "need help? " Click there and follow instructions ,mkolbrun
this is an easy fix, 1. with the tablet off, press the power and vol up buttons together until unit comes on.2. using the volume buttons select wipe data/factory reset and use power button to comfire. once tablet restarts it will be just like new out the box. hope this helps

This Reset Port can be depressed in by a thin metal object such as a small paperclip.
This provides an immediate refresh of your device.
After depressing the reset port, simply power the Nextbook on and you are ready to go.
