E15,
hello Judy, what battery,? PCs have 2 in laptop or 3.
yours has 2, i think the BIG battery that runs it mobile
and the tiny coin cell RTC battery, inside, that lasts for 7 years.
that E15 model has many versions, so that is not a complete model number,(as most here never tell)
here is one E15 if many , (the E15 is really E5 see??????)
Acer Aspire E 15 (E5-575-33BM)
turn it over, upside down.
if there is no removable battery pack and lever latch there
that means the PC is so thin (modern) and is now deep insides
if true the bottom of the casing must be removed.
Acer does provide, service manuals like Hp and dell do (good makers)
so you get to google all day or youtube all day.
fun no? or have a shop do that but you asked, HOW?
so there you are.
here is wild guess on E5 number
https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Document/User%20Manual%20W10/User%20Manual%20W10_Acer_1.0_A_A.pdf?acerid=636349268251913884&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=ASPIRE&Step3=ASPIRE%20E5-575G&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=PA_6#_ga=2.177028065.595347437.1537013255-233017291.1537013255
clicks, acer, notebook, aspire, endless list so picked E5-575 my wild guess for you.
then I RTM for you. no answer there,
some E15s the battery snaps to the bottom
others not, (inside)
only the full and complete model number of the PC will tell you what battery is used, I must assume its not the easy models. (old)
that users manual does NOT cover dismantlement.
like we have here at DELL and HP
Acer has no such manual. (well not offered there)
if you youtube this you and the tubers get confused.
as knowbody knows, so many models exist and fail to say it.
