I have Sony vpl-ed3 projector if I press power button it is blinking green light it is no turning on it always blinking green light till the power off what is the reason for this please answer me

Give input signal to the projector and see that if the menu appears or not on the screen.
if menu comes on the screen then put the backgroung color to blue, instaed of black.

if nothing comes on the screen, then the LCD panels are faulty.

According to the manual, you need access to the RESET button, the left and right arrows and the ENTER button to clear the counter. Press the following in order for less than 5 seconds each:

RESET
Left Arror
Right Arrow
ENTER

The above sequence should clear the counter.

SOURCE: power light blinking red

if the lamp goes out after the red led goes on, there is a fan issue and the projector is overheating or the ballast/power supply can't hold the voltage.
