Cannot auro tune the new chanels on my chang hong tv. The audio works but tge picture format is invalid. What do i need to do ro get the picture.

the format used when you tuned is incorrect
the correct way is to go to the onscreen menu and find the tune section and go auto tune
allow time for the auto tune to find all channels then exit

although channel 76 is starting transmissions on Sunday 25 feb press releases and statements from channel 7 state that channel selection and programming for sets may not be effective until Wednesday 2 march
if you have the latest digital led you beaut tv , it will still not select until 76 comes on line as there is nothing to select ( there has to be a signal transmitted for the tuner to find it)
ask the question again if you are not successful after Wednesday

Audio and Video Front Inputs are available

for a quick connection of a VCR, to playback

video from a camera or attach a gaming

device. Use the AV button on the remote control

to tune these inputs.

1 Connect the video (yellow) cable

from the Video output on the Camera

(or accessory device) to the Video (yellow)

Input located on the FRONT of

the TV.

2 For Stereo Devices: Connect the audio

cable (red and white) from the Audio

Left and Right Outputs on the Camera

to a Stereo to Mono adapter. Then plug

the single end of the adapter to the

Audio In (white) jack on the FRONT

of the television.

For Mono Devices: Connect one end

of the audio cable from the Audio Out

jack on the device to the Audio In
(white) jack on the FRONT of the television

3 Turn the TV and the accessory device

ON.

4 Press the AV button on the remote

control to tune the TV to the side input

jacks. "Front" will appear on the TV

screen.

5 Press the PLAY
button on the

accessory device to view playback, or

to access the accessory device (camera,
gaming unit, etc.).

Repeatedly pressing the AV button on the

remote control will toggle the picture source

from the current channel, or Front input

jacks.

hello try changing the picture ratio...what i mean is try 16.9 widescreen or 4.3 ledder box the tv is tryn to produce a pic bigger or smaller than what you have keep tryn different picture ratio's

try to reset ur tv to factory setting.....should be in ur instruction booklet...when done try to set to automatic channel search and it should find Chanel for ur area

it wont be on a chanel, you will need to find the input button on your remote, and change the input that coinsides to the plugs your pluged into on your tv, just change your input untill you see a picture, then remember what one it is

Because you have DirecTV there is no need to use auto tuning. You simply changed inputs on the TV when you started auto tuning. Just use the input button on the remote to go back to the Direct TV receiver. Most likely it will be under Component (Color Stream) or HDMI input.

How do I get the TV screen back to an AV chanel?
I cant get a slide show to view on the TV screen.
