I have maxed out the 4GB of internal memory. Was told to purchase a Sim Card.

I picked up a 64GB Sim card but once installed, it hasn't fixed the memory storage issue-still have that Circular icon in the upper left corner.

Thanks Richie46. I checked with a Verizon store and they recommended an 8GB SD card. You're spot on! Thanks. Now, I just have to find one compatible to my phone. I'll have to purchase it on line, as of the four stores I visited, no one carries that smaller GB size. I appreciate your assistance.

If you can verify the SD card, That would be great, if not, thanks again.

Any card will do. Should cost you about five/six bucks including shipping

Check to see that you did not get too large a card for the phone. Your manual will tell you the limits you have to abide by.

You need to manually move the files in the phone to the 64GB card.

There is an app called "My Files" (depending on the operating system you have) it should be something like this:
1) Open My Files App.
2) Locate and tap "Device storage" under the "Local storage" section.
3) Locate, tap and hold on the folder/file you would like to move to the new card.
4) Locate and tap the menu button, depending on the device, it may look like 3 dots at the top right of the screen. - Some phones have menu button on the opposite side of the back button.
5) Locate and tap "Move", this should bring you to a screen where you can pick "SD card" which is the 64GB you bought.
6) Tap on "SD card" and finally locate and tap "MOVE HERE" to begin the transfer.

This is how you free up memory on the device using the card you purchased, the phone *should* move all new picture you take with your camera(phone camera) to your new 64GB card automatically.

Please tell me if you need me to clarify something.
-Mike

My C182 kodak camera says internal memory full, and will not let me take a picture even with a good sim card in the camera. What do I do to make it take pictures?

Probably camera has it's own memory & it is full.
Look under settings for option to switch to SIM card for picture storage.

Sat says unplug anything connected usb port as this can affect sat nav but nothing ever been connected also sim card gettiing hot

you need to keep it out direct sun light, if the sim card getting hot maybe the sim card is not compatible to that unit, blow some air through the sim connector port, it maybe dusty, or dirt in the contacts, try a different type of sim card good one like scandisk, or smartmedia memory card, make sure the sim card memory is not maxed out in the amount of memory that the device recommends, some time if it say 4gb dont put 8-64gb of memory in it, it will overheat and may start a fire. if you have problems contact the manufacture for more help.

What is the max size of SD card that the finepix xp50 can handle?

SD cards max out at 2GB. The XP50 will also work with SDHC cards, 4GB to 32GB, and with SDXC cards, 64GB on up.

I have an LGL75C with new sim card and cannot switch apps from phone memory to sim card

Do you mean from internal memory to SD card? Some apps can not be moved to SD cards. Also if you replaced your sim card the apps are on the old card. You would have to backup your apps from the old sim card to the external SD card then re-install them. Some cell providers have online back up that you can use.Good luck.

When I insert my 4 gb memory card into my HP printer i get a "memory card error" (My 1 gb card works fine on the same printer).

Well, either the 4GB card contacts are grotty, or the HP PSC 2410 doesn't like your SDHC card somehow; though SDHC cards are supposed to be able to ratchet down to SD for compatibility and a driver update could possibly fix this, it hasn't yet. Use a card that isn't SDHC; this probably limits you to 2GB or 4GB (see the readme in the HP print driver setup package you use.)

I purchased a 4GB memory card for use in my A95. I occasionally get a 'corrupted file' error message. Is it possible the card is too big for this model? The card was formatted.

Yes, 4GB card is too big for Canon A95 camera as its hardware does not support such big memory.
Put max 2GB or less memory card in this camera.
Thanks.

My phone shows phone memory is full but nothing is in it.

Is this a brand new phone? If there's nothing saved in your memory card, you may want to reformat the memory card to see if that helps.

Once you purchase a memory card (example: 4GB) and you insert it to the phone, once you check the memory status, you will never see that the available space is 4GB. It will show for about 3.98GB available and that's normal.

But 44MB is a big space and I believe that reformatting the memory card will help.

Just bought a 4gb kodak memory card for my kodak easyshare cx7530 camera.the shop assisant told me it was compatible. it wont format..

No way-that model will not support a 4gb card-yes it may fit but camera is to0 old for newer sdhc cards-go back to 1 or 2 gb max and no problems! 4gb only work on cameras within last 2 years
