Says memory is full have deleted all messages and still says its full

Is a Thomson Inc. model 29586 GEI-A telephone...tried to phone and no service for phones listed to cll

Push play and then erase for each message. This worked for me. Good luck.

you need to have all the phones linked to the same wiring. for example, i just got mine working after working on it for some time. i had 2 of my phones hooked directly into my FIOS box and the other 2 were hooked into a remote location of the building. even though my thinking says they should be able to talk to one another, they couldnt. they have to be completely wired to the same wiring system with no interuptions so they can find each other in the network. then to use the intercom system, all you have to do is press 1-16 on your speed dial to reach out to the desired location

After its deleted then its deleted forever. These are not like the old answering machines that all you did was pull the plug and plugged it back into the wall outlet to retrieve old messages was were deleted. When digital you can not do that....Sorry

I have a GE Model 29586 Telephone. The answering function does not work properly. When someone calls, the phone is programmed to have the message begin after the 5th ring. The message starts but, after...
Looks to me like you have a defective unit. You can try resetting it to factory settings and re-record the message and re-apply the settings and see what that does, be sure to review each step . If it doesn't work after that take it back to the store and have it replaced. Also, upon exchange, try to redo the settings and see if it works.

Delete your old messages to free up memory space. See the manual if you don't know how to delete. There may be a "delete" or "erase" button on the phone's base unit.
