I just had this problem on my Baby Jogger City Versa. I had to get creative as both buttons were missing. On each side there will be two open slots. You can use a flat screwdriver on the side without a button and insert the screwdriver into a slot and push til you feel it go in, while pushing the button on the other side. You will probably need someone to adjust the footrest while you hold both sides in. It's a pain but it will allow you to get it in the position you want. I'm looking into whether I can get replacement buttons but haven't found anything yet :( Hope this helps!

If you have the swing on footrests or legrests for a Pride Jazzy series with 2-pins on the hanger brackets please be sure that the hanger brackets are properly installed on the chair with the pin side of the bracket facing to the outside - not inside. To put the footrests on - align the lower pin first with the footrest at a 45 degree angle to the outside of the chair. Then align up the top pin and lower the footrest onto the hanger bracket. Rotate the footrest towards the front and lock the cam lock in place. If the cam lock has a handle that is bent it will interfere with the lock and need to be replaced or bent back in place.

PLEASE NOTE; because these are riveted onto the frame they have had to be drilled off this is very easy to do and replace, all you do is drill out the rivets then replace this footrest with a suitable nut and bolt (not included)

The footrest for this power chair comes in a wide variety of styles and configurations. To duplicate the correct footrest it is best to go by description of hanger, extension tube length, and footplate style or simply have the manufacturer run the serial number. The serial number will lock in the exact footrest configuration delivered with the wheelchair. With the SN a dealer can order individual parts that will fit and work correctly. It is important to realise that there is a swinging support underneath the footrest. To lift the footrest, push the swinging support backwards, and to lower the footrest, pull the swinging support forwards.

What brand is it? Look up that company online or contact them by phone. Most companies should have replacement parts available if the stroller isn't too old. Good luck!
