Sounds like you are overworking the poser supply. I would suggest a new power supply with a higher wattage. 450w or better.

There is no help for this, sounds like board has gone bad in one spot.
Why not use Windows to shut down the machine, or buy a surge supressor with individual switches.
Lastly, you could change out the Mboard with a new one, probable cost $40-$80 if you DIY - plenty of instructons on the WWW

Remove cmos battery press on off switch for few seconds and install it again.
Please install another SMPS for cheeking.

remove all the ram from motherboard and switch on the system and see it is working or not like just on and fan are rotating and the smps fan is also working and your system is giving beep sound for ram.try with other smps also some time problem with power supply also. Remove the connector of power switch and restart switch and directly try to on from shorting the connector with the help of pen or screw driver point. Some time faulty switch also give problem. Just try all these possibilities.

Your hestsink is not connected correctly or the CPU is shot,test the set up with another CPU if it runs you know it was the CPU

check your processor fan.some times it is no fix correctly

On your power supply there is a I/O Switch switch Switch it to the off position for 30 seconds(O part down) then Switch it back and see if you computer responds to the power switch.

did you set the bios to default?
