The manual for that model is one of the skimpiest manuals I've ever seen!!

I use Omron blood pressure monitors and I can say that they are up to the mark. Their readings are very accurate and have not caused any problems so far.

It appears you may have a leak in the cuff. This will need to be verified by an authorised service facility. Contact OMRON they should be able to assist you.
