Why does it stop running after two mins and has an error code of OE?

go to lg.com, enter your model number and manual will show error codes and fixed for some including OE

did u clean out really well and check the water pump and hoses and impeller to see if its not hindered from turning?

replace the drain pump

The LG error code OE simply means "the pump is blocked". Presumably the water isn't being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn't pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc.

1. Blocked drain hose
2. Obstruction in the sump area (beneath the filter, which needs to be removed to check for onstruction)
3. Failing drain motor.

On LG washing machines, the OE flashing code means there is a drainage problem. hope that helped.
