Hello,
There are 2 items that you need to pay close attention to is the air gaps;
1. Air gap of the points, and
2. Air gap between the permanent magnet and the pick up coil.
Use the manual to determine the proper gap size.
I recommend contacting your local authorized service center for assistance.

All modern chainsaws have electronic ignition, you should first try diss connecting the wire to the ignition switch, to rule out a fault with the switch, if still no spark check the gap between the the unit and the flywheel, this shouls be 0.3mm, if still no spark it will be a replacment ignition unit.
Spark plug gap should be: 0.020" and the fuel to oil ratio is 40:1. Be sure to use fresh fuel and a modern synthetic saw oil available at home centers, hardware stores, and saw dealers. Mix well in it's own container and be sure to shake the container thoroughly each time just before filling the tank to prevent oil starvation. Hope this helps!
Specifications for a Mac 130 can be found here: Chain Saw Collectors Corner http://www.acresinternet.com/cscc.nsf/ed1d619968136da688256af40002b8f7/c1f32b7598cccadd88256c2f0019c792?OpenDocument Ignition coil gap: An index or business card is a good gap tool. Remove the plug, rotate until magnetic attraction pulls coil and card tight to flywheel, tighten the coil screws. Rotate flywheel until magnetic attraction eases, remove card, rotate a couple of revolutions and ensure nothing drags or contacts flywheel. HTH Lou
