SOURCE: Konica 1112 Error code 35

The procedure is as follows:

1. Turn machine off.

2. Turn machine on while holding the 2 & 5 keys.

3. Enter 47 on the keypad.

4. Press the Stop/Clear.

5. Enter 0 on the keypad.

5. Press the START PRINT button.

Power the machine off and on to exit the service mode.

You're done!

Error code 3101

Generally, C-3101 refers to a motor problem. Possibly the drive board. No clues on a simple fix. See if is still under warranty.

Another one is konica Minolta c300 given me a code of 3101

TO clear the code did you open and close the front door. Powering the machine on and off does not reset code open closing the front door does. If that does nor work recommend getting a new fuser/fixing unit.
