How to unblock call

The KX-TGA641 handset is not compatible with the KX-TGC350 base. The KX-TGC350 communicates with the KX-TGDA20 add-on handset. I wish that I had better news for you. In this case, the base is speaking a different language during registration than the KX-TGA641 is expecting. They will never properly communicate.

Is this for the cordless phone? If so try this..

Step 1 Press the "Menu" button followed by the "#" key on the handheld unit.
Step 2 Enter "217" on the numeric keypad to access the blocked numbers menu.
Step 3 Press the down arrow on the keypad. Scroll through the list to select the number you wish to unblock.
Step 4 Press the key under "Erase" to remove the phone number from the list.
Step 5 Select "Yes" to confirm your selection.

The KX-TGA641 is the handset, and does not include an answering machine. If you have an answering machine connected to your phone line, what make and model?

The KX-TGA641 is the handset. You need to refer to the documentation for whatever answering machine you have connected to your phone line. Failing that, please repost your question identifying the answering machine.
