The interior light burned out. It looks like you need a special screwdriver
Not the cooking light but the one that turns on when the door is open. A little cover opens and closes electrically to protect it from the heat lamps. There appears to be a cardboot square covering where you would change the bulb but it is held in place with a bizarre screw. What kind of driver does it take to open?

Need a bit more information here. Does it still cook when told to do so? If not, you may have a problem with the door close switch. Perhaps it is as simple as using a screwdriver to finesce the actuator back into position. The inside edge of the door has a metal latch and often times a slightly shorter pin or tab that actuates the door open switch. This not only enables the light in the microwave to turn on when the door is open it also tells the cooking circuits to disable until the door is properly closed. When you open the door on your microwave, it sends an electrical current to the halogen lightbulb mounted inside the microwave. The signal turns on the light and illuminates the inside of the microwave. In addition, while cooking your food, the light illuminates so you can monitor the condition of your food while cooking. While the bulb generally lasts a long time, when it burns out, you must service your microwave.
1 Unplug the microwave from its electrical outlet. Never service an electrical appliance while it's plugged in.
2 Remove the screws that hold the outer shell onto the microwave chassis. Often the screws are on the bottom or back of the microwave. Use a Phillips screwdriver or Torx driver to remove the screws.
3 Lift the outer shell off the microwave chassis and locate the box that houses the halogen lightbulb. In most cases, the box is metal. It may or may not have a lid on it. If it has a lid, loosen the tabs and pull off the lid.
4 Unscrew the halogen bulb and replace it with a bulb rated at the exact same wattage.
5 Place the cover back onto the box if necessary and place the shell over the microwave chassis.
6 Secure the shell to the chassis with the original screws and the screwdriver or torx driver.

The problem appears, at least in part, to the door latch circuitry which cannot be serviced by the owner. If the unit is still in warranty, call GE customer care. If not, replacing the unit is your best bet. I just bought a new GE 1100 watt oven with great features for less than $100 If the door dosen't latch correctly, you could be exposed to dangerous microwave energy.
If the light comes on during cooking then the bulb is ok.. in all probability the problem is the door switch that senses when teh door is open and activates the light... Hope that helps..
This is usually caused by either a bad door switch, a loose door switch mount, or a problem on the control panel.
Even though a door switch clicks, it may still be bad inside. Its continuity must be checked.
Switch or mount trouble can be caused by slamming the door or by opening the door while it's cooking without hitting the Stop pad first.

It is possible that the magnatron is bad but hard to say on a no heat problem without checking all components. A lot of model give 5-7 yr warranty on that part.
