You have a short to ground on the B+ side of the circuit . Do you know anything about automotive electrical circuits ? There are videos on youtube on how to diagnose automotive electrical circuits . There also videos on basic electrical trouble shooting videos . You should also check out videos on how to read or use a wiring diagram . You can go to www.bbbind.com/ for free wiring diagrams . This isn't rocket science ,but can be tough . You may need to take parts of your vehicle apart to get to wiring harness . Plus you need to look at a power distribution diagram to see what all is on that fuse . There mite be other thing's up steam or down stream . You have to isolate the circuit .
SOURCE: the audio/clock fuse blew and every time I replace the 15w fuse it blows
i would try to unplug the clock and the radio change the fuse and see if the fuse blows.
