After it download, once you tap the keyboard icon, it will take you step by step on how to activate it in rider to use it. Try Swiftkey.

You can try to enter with your google account, but WiFi must be activated and you must be sure you are connected to the internet.
Next solution is to do a factory reset. This will erase all your personal data. If you have a backup, this is not a problem.

When you forgot your password and/or security code; you can factory reset it (losing all data on it !) and - hopefully - restore backup of your data later.

Hello Let me clarify you question. When you say forgot password do you mean that you put a protective password to sign into your tablet and that is the one you forgot? If so there is no way to get back in without it unless you do a factory data reset on your device.. This will erase everything including your personal data unless you have backed it up somewhere and any apps that you have personally placed on the device as well but you can get those back as long as you use the same google account.
Before doing anything if you have a sd card in side you want to take that out or everything that you have on that card will be erased as well.
1.Press and hold the volume up button and then the power button until you see a black screen with blue lettering
2. To get to factory reset use your volume up and down button
3 Use the power button to select it.
4.Then you are going to want to do the same thing again to get to reset tablet
5.Using the volume up or down to get to Reset Tablet and then use the power button to select it.
6.You will be prompted asking you if your sure you want to reset the tablet just click on Erase Everything. Your tablet will begin the resetting process
7. When your tablet comes back up it will be up at the activation screen ie the setup process.
