You may try this ipod transfer, it's a nice iTunes alternative that can help you manage iPod files including delete, upload, play, copy, etc. It's much easier to use than iTunes. It can also help you manage multiple iPods on one computer or manage iPod on multiple computers, even copy music and video from iPod back to computer or iTunes. So you will not lose your iPod files even though you switch to a new iTunes library. My friends recommend it to me, it works pretty well. http://www.ipod-transfer-copy.com/ipod-transfer-mediawidget.html Hope it helps. Contact me if you have any other question.
If you have a web interface to your mailbox available, log into your mailbox on the server and see if you actually received the message multiple times. If you get multiple copies in the mailbox, then Outlook is correct to download multiple copies and the problem lies with the sender, not with you.
If, however, there's only a single copy on the server, but Outlook continues to download it, then there are several ways to address the issue.
On your Brother's drop- down menu, left click on PRINTING PREFERENCES . On the BASIC tab, choose the number of prints in the COPIES box, then left click on APPLY. If that does not work, go into PROPERTIES, left click on the SECURITY tab, and check that you have authorization to run multiple prints. Also, check your PRINT SPOOLING mode to make sure it is activated, and check authorizations in OFFICE 2007- it may be set to restrict multiple color pints.
