Access circuit board on Mr Coffee BVMC-PSTX91 coffee maker

I haven't seen a BVMC-DVD41 coffee maker. Costco did sell a BVMC-DVX41 coffee maker last year. This is a 12-cup model. Mr. Coffee has the manuals on their web site, https://www.mrcoffee.com/service-and-support/product-support/instruction-manuals/instruction-manuals.html , They don't include the "seller-specific" model number. However, the BVMC-EX41CP looks similar to the Costco BVMC-DVX41. Take a look at the manuals for some of the other Mr. Coffee 12-cup coffee makers on the site if the BVMC-ECX41CP manual doesn't helps.

Unplug it for a couple;e of minutes (seriously 120 seconds). Then plug it in and set it.

Chances are there are built up scales inside the brewer. Are you using regular water? If so, you may have to descale it. Look for a food safe descaling chemical which you may have to flush with clean water in several cycles. Another solution is to take it apart and clean it. Problem is, you have to be skilled to do this.

The Clean light will come on when the Clean button is held. It won't go off until the cleaning cycle is complete; it's completely automated. You need 4 cups (20 oz.) of white vinegar or the Mr. Coffee Cleaner (diluted as directed on the package). Make sure to remove the water filter disk from the unit before cleaning. Pour the vinegar or cleaning solution into the reservoir into the reservoir. Put in a paper coffee filter or the permanent filter into the brew basket and slide it into place. Put the empty decanter in place. Now you should press the Clean button until the Clean light comes on. The unit should slow brew 3 cups of the cleaning solution and then pause for about 30 minutes while the Clean light remains on. It should then brew the remaining solution. After the cycle finishes, the Clean light should go off. Afterwards, you need to empty the decanter and rinse it with clean water. Fill the reservoir with fresh, clean water. Then replace the decanter. The cycle could take an hour.

(some brewing systems light the Clean lamp when it's time to clean the unit after lime deposits build up. To my knowledge, most of the Mr. Coffee brewers do not.)

I use a quarter cup of white vinegar and the rest water. do it just like making coffee but don't put grounds in it. then run several pots of water through to rinse it out.

It may be the heating element or thermostat is bad. Try cleaning the heating element and removing any debris.

Mr.Coffee guarantees their machines for one year from the date of purchase. If you still have a receipt I would contact them. If not there could be a problem with the board on the inside of the machine. Which, unfortunately, is not available yet to purchase so your machine can be fixed.
