I set a pin code and then i shut the tablet off and when i tried to put it back on it said i had the wrong pin code and i tried all the pin codes i would have used and none of them work so now i cant unlock my tablet how can i fix this model #

As I understand from personal experience, the PUK code is only available from the service provider. You need PUK code after you entered the wrong PIN 3 times for the SIM card. Call your service provider or get a new SIM card.

you can wipe it as for removing code that is not going to be possible, to reset to manufacturer settings there is a pin hole on the back push this with a pin in the hole and turn on the unit this will reset to manufacturer settings, you may still have all your stuff on there but the settings will be back to new and you will need to set them back up after.

the best way to do this is to get a unlocking subsidy pin. on the back of the device there should be a network operator who the phone/tab is branded to. you will need to contact them direct and put in a request. this code usually cost about 20.00 but once you have the code it will unlock your device forever and its the safest way to unlock it rather then go to the market where they may damage the software that is installed on the device.
If you reset everything then you'll need to reconnect to the Internet by putting in your router password again. Go in settings and make sure you're not in airplane mode.
