Could sure use a wiring diagram for a Dayton 5k961c motor.

You will wire this just like a single pole light switch, take your power from your panel (black) to one of the pigtails or set screws and then take another black wire leaving the speed controler to your blower motor. Take the common/white wire directly to the blower, polarity sould not matter which leads you connect them to in the blower.

A 3 phase motor will not work on a single phase supply so I'm sorry but a wiring diagram will not help you.

Wiring diagram appears on side of motor.
This motor is rated 115Volt.
Hot and Neutral wires connect to main terminals.
Connect other wires as shown on label.
For example there can be yellow, black, blue and white wires.
