Multiple error codes can mean bad PC board.
C11 is combustion, vent or gas issues
L1, heat exchanger needs delime.
Catch unit up on required maintenance each year.

If the input sources for Channels 1 & 2 are the same, adjust the input Trims to get the same output. Then use the R1 Remote.

Lift maybe locked. You need to turn on lift settings using remote. Cannot be turned on using TV controls.

Press the Video or AV button on the TV itself. Otherwise, may need to scroll down past Channels 0, to get Video or L1.

If you are sure, that there's no way to do it manually on the TV, there are only two solutions: buy a new remote control according to your TV set model (sometimes it's hard to find) or buy a universal remote control

go below Ch2, you may see L2 and L1 before it goes to ch132 or highest tuner channel.

go to the menu and select auto find or auto program channels.
