Hi, According to your problem, Your mouse should work on your PC without driver. Because vista can make working to this type of normal hardware with in-build driver. If you can't access your mouse in your Vista system then first check the receiver battery of the mouse is OK. Try to update the external device driver from device manager. If it doesn't help you then download the device driver from the product website.
Check to see if you've got the latest service pack for XP Home installed. You should be on service pack 3. Download and install from the Microsoft website. This may sort out your problem. Regards, nicam49
If the mouse and keyboard are working, and the receiver is still flashing constantly, then it's probably just indicating that the receiver is connected to the keyboard and mouse.
Make sure you install the Intellipoint software that came with the keyboard. If you have done this then try resetting the keyboard by pushing the reset button that is either on the back or bottom depending on model. Hope this helps.
here is Microsofts' page for driver downloads. http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/download/download.aspx?category=MK
put in your device model number , operating system, etc.
make sure you download it to your desktop so you can find it
run it to install and follow the prompts
just install the mouse drivers, and then
follow the hardware installation. 1. Turn on PC wait for windows to
load 2. Insert the USB Plug of the receiver 3. Press the small button
on the mouse & Keyboard 4. Press the button on the receiver. then
the connection between the mouse and keyboard will be established.
Press keys and Move the mouse to see if the connection is ok.
There is no bundled software that comes with the Mekomi RF keybord and the only support is for winddows 98SE. I have looked at other websites and have found sujssions that software drives from the Logitech wesite might work with these keybords hope you have some luck nurdy2453
Mikomi doesn't have its own drivers. You can try using Logitech Setpoint (any version works) http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/support_downloads/ downloads/&cl=us,en?selectedcrid=398&selectedcid=152#
Download the one that most resembles your mouse. You can see the various mice from the drop down menu or choose the one that you see in this link..
Don't run the setup program. Instead reboot your computer and use the windows add hardware wizard to install the drivers from the CD. The windows hardware wizard will detect several different devices, allow it to install them all from the CD.
