According to research, you set uses a LC470WUE-SAA1. I would suggest you double check by removing the back cover of the set. On the back of the LCD panel, there should be a white sticker that states the LCD panel model #
You will need to take off the back cover of your set and look for a white sticker on the back of the LCD panel. The sticker will state the model # of the panel. YOU WILL NEED TO ORDER A PANEL MODEL # THAT IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS YOURS. Once you have the model #, you can google it and find a panel online.

You need to replace the LCD controller board, there are two versions (V320B1-C, 35D003848) you need to open up the tv and remove the shield cover to get to the LCD controller board, this is a common problem with this model. Notes: be real careful when you remove the back cover, the side switch assembly is attached to the back panel, so do not pull it off too far, or you will damage the switch assembly!
Hi there! Depends on how deep the scratch is, you can try a bit of Glycerine Jelly to fill that scratch. It should dampen the efect somewhat but not a 100%. That tv usually has the customer service number printed on a sticker somewhere on the tv. Give them a call. They will help you for free. I hope this helps you.
