I CAN T OPEN THE DOOR BECAUSE IT STILL HAS WATER INSIDE, I TRIED TO CHANGE THE PROGRAM, I TRIED TO DRAIN IT OFF BUT IT DOENS T START.AND THEN AFTER A COUPLE OF MINUTES SHOWS THE ERROR AGAIN

There doesn't appear to be an 'Lf Error' anywhere. 'Low Freon', no idea, it's a guess?
Please, consider getting a users manual, and trouble shooting guide from https://manuall.co.uk/household-appliances/washing-machines/ignis-washing-machines/. The Error code can be decoded. Machine model will be needed. Continuously running pump would an indication the timing mechanism is not advancing. Sensor problem perhaps.
It is the customer fault code. Simply turn on and turn off appliance.
E11 - problem with fill water
E21 - problem with draining water
E41 - door open
All other errors require service staff !!!

Resolved the problem.
Switched off the power to the machine. hit the on /off button and the f-12 error code disappeared .
On reappling the power to the machine the orignial programme continued to completionj
