Same... I can't access it. Maybe it depends on your location or what sim you are using. Some sim cards don't allow access to the internet while others allow free acccess.

Default access point is the first method of accesing the internet. It could be ur GPRS connection or the WiFi connection or whatever you have. Once the default fails for whatever reason, it will ask for other methods other than the default.
