What error 100000 when running diagnostic test and a manual is needed. Unit will take pictures but flash will not go off.

try one of these two things:

Turn the unit off then on again. After that press test button on remote control (rear side) and look how many times now operation and timer LED flashes. Note that. Then press MANUAL/AUTO button on indoor unit until you hear 3 beeps from buzzer. That will erase error memory.
Switch off and than on unit and see if indication repeat or it is gone. If it is gone, keep using your unit.
If it is repeated post your notes here.

5 x Operation flash and a constant Timer flash indicates an outdoor unit control error. With this code flashing on the indoor unit, you need to point the remote at the unit and push the test run button. The flash pattern will change to a continuously flashing Operation light and a number of flashes of the timer light which gives more detail on what the error is.

To get the unit to try to restart you need to push and hold the manual/auto button on the indoor unit for a few seconds then reset the mains power supply but leave it off for a minute or so for the unit to power down completely. If you are going to try this make sure you make a note of any error codes first if you have to get someone out to look at it, it will help them a lot.

When it shuts off. Try doing what's called a self-diagnostic test.
As soon as the television shuts try these steps.

Pressing on the front panel's ?INPUT? and ?MENU? buttons at the same time, and holding for 5 seconds,
activates the Self Diagnostic Code Mode. The LED flashes denoting a two digit Error Code, or indicating no problem
has occured since the last Initalization.

Please do Note: The front panel buttons must be used, NOT those on the Remote Control.

? The number of flashes indicates the value of the MSD (tens digit) of the Error Code.
? The flashing then pauses for approximately 1/2 second.
? The LED then flashes indicating the value of the LSD (ones digit) of the Error Code.
? The Error Code is repeated a total of 5 times.
Example: If the Error Code is ?24?, the LED will flash two times, pause, and then flash four
times.

The Error Code designations indicating a malfunction, or no malfunction, are listed below:
Self Diagnosic Code Description
1 - 2 = no error detected
2 - 1 = X-ray protect (high voltage or beam current)
2 - 2 = Short protect (short protect monitors low voltage supplies)
2 - 3 = Deflection protect (this could be loss of vertical or horizontal deflection)
2 - 4 = Vertical protect (usually loss of vertical from the source).

Suggestion: Unplug washer from mains. Open up the machine, disconnect and refit all connectors with wires one by one. Could be some loose connection somewhere. Also helps in the long run

The F01 error is a communication error and most likely the cause is a bad central control board. You tried to unplug the power and the machine still will not start so next I'd recommend trying to run a diagnostic cycle to verify the operation of the central control.

In the image below are the instructions to enter and run the diagnostic routine. If the process is done successfully all of the LED light will come on for 5 seconds then display the last error. Push the same button until the error code ends and all the lights come on again for 5 seconds then the test will start.

If the test runs through okay then the central control unit is most likely okay. If it fails to enter diagnostic then the control has failed and needs to be replaced.
The last thing to try is to check the connections on the control. A loose connector might cause this problem and the 2nd image shows how to access the console and you can wiggle, jiggle, pull and push on the connection, with the washer unplug from the wall so no voltage is present..

WHEN PERFORMING THESE TESTS, FOR THE FLASH TO TEST OK YOU HAVE TO COVER LIGHT SENSORS small glass items each side of lens.If you still have error, install good batteries, power on, drop batteries out, turn unit off, reinstall batteries and turn on again....if all this, you still have error, you probably have bad flash unit.

Are you sure this # is not preceeded by an "E", WOULD BE # OF EVENTS SINCE THEY WERE LAST CLEARED.
