You sold it so the buyer has the problem
tell him to get in an technician to advise on the fix and the cost.
Why I say this is simple ---you have no idea how it was installed or what the buyer did after he bought it so you are not responsible for the problem

The F10 code on a Kenmore oven means that the oven is overheating - the oven is detecting a temperature far over the safe range of operation. Most models also start beeping when this happens since it can be a safety concern.Apr. 14, 2020

Same thing happened to mine this morning....cut the circuit breaker for a hour....open oven and let it cool....
mine stopped, finally. Dont know if its a long term fix yet.. but at least it stopped the beeping.
The "F10" oven error code means "Runaway temperature".
If you have technical skills, you can try to diagnose and repair yourself, otherwise, call a qualified appliance repairman.
Locate the temperature probe wire plug at the Electronic Oven Control (EOC) and measure its resistance. It’s supposed to be about 1100 Ohms at the room temperature.
If the reading is wrong, replace the oven temperature probe.
Replace the oven temperature sensor. It is located in the back wall of the oven. 4-6 inches long,up high on the right or left side depending on model. Most can be changed from inside the oven rather than through the back.
Could be one of 2 problems. Perhaps both.
Unplug the range.Access the control panel and unplug the ribbon connector from the control.
Wait 35 seconds and re-connect it.
If it continues to beep and code replace the temperature sensor.
the F1 code usually means that you have a key stuck on the keypad. unplugging it from power won't make a difference for this one. is it a wall oven or a stove? can you supply the make & model please?
I really need to know the make and model but most F1 are a bad control board..
F1 Analog to Digital Failure Disconnect from power for 30 seconds - if display reappears - replace control board
